Andy Peart. Director- My Life in a Day
Hi. Thanks for visiting our site.
My background is spread across education, public sector, theatre and film.
I first started off working on projects across theatre and film, working in the West End, for the BBC and several large national tours.
Over the last 5 years, I've spent an increasing amount of time working in education. A lot of this was project based work with young people and resulted in them opting to do a lot of film campaigns.
I decided to launch My Life in a Day in September 2015. I feel very much at home working behind a camera and consider the approach of 'who you are and what you do' simple but unique storytelling. It's a challenge to capture that uniqueness and not to produce a generic, one size fits all photo or piece of film.
Whether it's working with businesses or schools, there's a story of some sort that you're trying to tell. I'd like to help you tell it!
Our company aims to take all of the admin away from our clients. We know that school portraiture can create a lot of hassle, stress and waste. We've simplified the whole process for schools and reinvented the tired school portrait. By allowing our OCD get the better of us, we are proud of our attention to detail as well as our child-like creativity.
